Refund policy

You have 30 days after delivery to return an item to Eden Tali for a refund.

What can be returned

Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging, with all parts and hardware included. Items that have been assembled, used or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for a refund.

How to start a return

Email us at support@edentali.shop within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions. Please do not send an item back before we confirm the return.

Return shipping

Return shipping is free. After you contact us, we will email you a prepaid return label or instructions for sending the item back.

Refunds

When we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to show the refund on your statement.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us as soon as possible after delivery at support@edentali.shop. Send your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a refund.
